Windsor Ontario Canada, what is the best and cheapest internet, phone, and television package?
I’m moving to Windsor in a few weeks, and I hear horror stories from every company out there. Could they all be true? I haven’t heard great things from Rogers, Bell, or Cogeco. Are one of these companies actually great? Or, is there another company out there that does better? Should I not get a package and just find separate providers for phone, internet, and television?

I currently work for Cogeco, though live outside of area. I really wish I could get Cogeco instead of Bell or Rogers, which is all I am aware of being available here. Cogeco has better prices – much faster inet – decent channels for cable (though HD isn’t great – Windsor is fully upgraded, so it’s okay) .. for the basics for all three, first 12months $70+tax – $5 increase/service after 12mths.
Plus, I must say.. excellent customer service 
Well, it’s case by case, all companies have bad employees here and there.. and everyone has bad days. But honestly, from what I have heard as an agent the percentage of customers complimenting myself, and Cogeco for customer service far out weigh those unhappy customers.
