How to turn my PC Monitor into a TV?

I just purchased a new Samsung 19 inch monitor, it has DVI-D ports as well as vga and it has pretty good ratings. How am I able to get television on it? I have one of those DTV Converter Boxes if that is necessary.

Thanks

You’ll need a TV tuner. Pop it in your computer, and you can watch and record TV live on your PC. There are USB and internal TV tuners, I recommend getting one from Newegg for it’s good prices.

Re: Is It A Good Idea To Microwave A Television?

In today’s rocky economic climate, most households are cutting back wherever they can. And with cable and satellite television costing anywhere from $65-$150 a month (more if you count premium movie channels) many people are making their television sets the first part of their homes to get the ax. But what if there was a way to enjoy thousands of television channels, including hard to find international shows and sports programming, and never pay another monthly cable bill again?
