NVIDIA 8600 GS graphics card S-video and TV?

I'm trying to get my NVIDIA 8600 GS graphics card work with an old TV as a monitor. TV only has RCA and Coax connectors on the back. So I've got the card connected to your TV via S-Video port. At boot, I can see the BIOS up to go on TV, but once Vista loads I lost all video. I have tried to change the resolution to 640 x 480 and 60 MHz refresh rate, still no video. Using the latest drivers for the card, but no dual screen setup available. Auto-detect software does not find TV. Again, this is an old TV, and I use an S-Video to RCA converter, because TV does not have S-Video connector. Thoughts?

When you lose video on the TV crew down the "Fn" and "F7" buttons simultaneously to send video signal to the alternative.

My ROOM/GAMING SETUP

In today’s rocky economic climate, most households are cutting back wherever they can. And with cable and satellite television costing anywhere from $65-$150 a month (more if you count premium movie channels) many people are making their television sets the first part of their homes to get the ax. But what if there was a way to enjoy thousands of television channels, including hard to find international shows and sports programming, and never pay another monthly cable bill again?
